How do I use Best Life Music with CarPlay in my car?
Connect your iPhone to your vehicle — plug in with a USB cable, or use wireless CarPlay if your car supports it. When the CarPlay dashboard appears, tap the Best Life Music with CarPlay icon to start listening.
Best Life Music with CarPlay isn't showing up on my CarPlay screen. What should I check?
First, make sure both iOS and the app are up to date. Then, on your iPhone, open Settings → General → CarPlay, choose your vehicle, and confirm the app is added to your CarPlay layout. If it's still missing, check Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → Allowed Apps to be sure it isn't hidden, then reconnect your phone.
The audio won't play or keeps pausing. How do I fix it?
